Structured and Progressive Programming
We follow a 12-week strength program focused on progressive overload – a proven method to help you build strength and lean muscle. After the strength phase, we transition to a 4-6 week conditioning phase that enhances your stamina, endurance, and overall fitness. This combination not only improves body composition but also helps you maintain or grow lean muscle while trimming fat.
