Let’s build your athlete’s strength, speed, and stamina this summer!

Our 8-week, age-appropriate program is designed specifically to help young soccer players move better, play stronger, and compete smarter.

Led by certified coaches, athletes will train in:

Speed & Agility Faster acceleration + change of direction

Balance & Control
Better body control during contact

Injury Prevention Safer movement mechanics

Power stronger shots + passes with lower-body strength

Endurance Lasting energy for full-match performance

Tuesday & Thursdays:
4:30-5:30
Saturdays: 11:00 AM-12:00 PM

2 Billing Cycles (4 weeks each)
