What is BILD by Coach O?

BILD by Coach O is a strength and conditioning fitness studio in Naples, Florida. We specialize in progressive strength training programs that build lean muscle, reduce body fat, and deliver long-term, sustainable results. Our expert coaches provide structure, accountability, and support every step of the way.

At BILD by Coach O, the principles of progressive overload and the FITT principle—frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type—guide our strength training program to deliver measurable results.

  • Frequency: We recommend training 3–5 times weekly for best outcomes.
  • We designed the workouts to challenge your body while allowing for proper recovery.
  • Time: Each session is efficient and lasts under one hour.
  • Type: Training combines strength, functional movement, and conditioning with a targeted muscle group focus each day.

 

This structured approach supports strength gains, lean muscle development, fat loss, and improved body composition.

Our program is suitable for all fitness levels. Our coaches will guide you through every movement with proper form and personalized modifications-whether new to training or returning after time away – to ensure your experience is safe, effective, and supportive.

Our group training sessions follow a three-station format programmed to target specific muscle groups each day:

  • Barbell & Rack Station: Strength-focused exercises using barbells and squat racks with form-focused coaching.
  • Cable Station: Controlled movements using cable machines to build strength, improve joint stability, and maintain constant muscle tension. Cables allow for versatile movement patterns, a wider range of motion, and core engagement, making them practical and joint-friendly.
  • Floor Station: Functional training with dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, benches, medicine balls, and cardio equipment, including Technogym SkillRun treadmills, rowers, and Assault bikes.

Yes. Our experienced coaches offer personalized modifications to help you train safely and effectively while managing injuries or recovering from surgery. We tailor your workout to your current ability so you can keep progressing without risking setbacks.

Wear comfortable workout clothes geared toward training and a supportive cross-training shoe. Bring a water bottle and your towel—but don’t miss our BILD-branded towels available at the studio! We also provide wipes to clean equipment after each use.

We offer one-on-one personal training sessions customized to your unique fitness goals, needs, and lifestyle. We also provide individual consultations to help you identify goals, break through obstacles, and create a personalized path toward long-term success.

The InBody scan is a professional body composition analysis that provides detailed metrics on muscle mass, body fat percentage, water retention, and more. It helps us track progress beyond just weight and allows us to adjust your training plan based on measurable changes in your body composition.

We offer two bathrooms, showers, and lockers with built-in charging stations. Whether heading to work or running errands after your workout, our amenities make it easy to transition back into your day.

Absolutely. BILD by Coach O challenges both beginners and experienced athletes. Our progressive training helps you build strength, improve movement, and break through plateaus. InBody scans track your progress and reveal changes in your body. 

Arriving fifteen (15) minutes before class is optimal, especially if you have any injuries or concerns, or if it’s your first class. This allows time to check out the workout room, review the workout, and discuss exercise options for injury concerns with the coach.
Bild by Coach O is a strength training, cardiovascular conditioning group fitness program. The program focuses on nine (9) aspects of fitness: cardiorespiratory and muscle endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, and balance. It is best described as personal training but in a group setting.
We recommend starting with the regular class unless you have particular injuries, you’re uncomfortable in a group setting, you prefer one-on-one training or you require more assistance than can be given during the session.
Simply put, the Principle of Overload states exercises must become increasingly challenging over time to continue to achieve results.

Frequency: Increased weekly training schedule and/or repetitions performed

Intensity: Increased difficulty and/or effort of exercises performed

Time: Increased training duration

Type: Various exercises performed, specific to individual goals

Yes! However, we do request obtaining clearance from your physician prior to attending your session.
We have a 28-days cancellation policy. This means the membership will be cancelled 28 days from the receipt of the cancellation request. Please note, an additional payment might be required to fulfil the 28 days.
Because of the pre-workout warm-up and the detailed class instructions, we will NOT allow anyone to enter the workout 5 minutes after the start of the session.
