- Sled push (M: 100 lbs, W: 80 lbs)

- 50 yds (M: 80 lbs, W: 60 lbs)
- 300m
- (M: 20 lbs, W: 14 lbs)
- Back squat, max reps
(M: 125 lbs, W: 95 lbs)
- Flat bench, max reps
(M: 115 lbs, W: 55 lbs)
